Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on software engineering experience.

• Proven experience with modern engineering patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks.

This role is ideal for a seasoned software engineering professional looking to lead technical initiatives within a dynamic environment that blends administrative support with innovative data applications. You will partner closely with product leadership, oversee the technical delivery of an agile team, and drive engineering best practices in a collaborative setting.

Position Overview for the Technical Engineering Lead:

• The Engineering Lead provides administrative and operational support to the Sales & Account Management Teams while overseeing process improvements and administrative efficiency.
• Serves as the technical leader for an agile engineering pod within the Data Applications value stream, providing direction, technical leadership, and oversight for technology capabilities.
• Collaborates with product leadership to co-own the roadmap, ensure high-quality delivery, and promote best practices across the engineering team.
• Leads by influence in a non-managerial role, helping delegate, structure, and monitor work in alignment with Agile principles.
• Demonstrates strong technical expertise, communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in delivery, architecture, and engineering practices.

Requirements for the Technical Engineering Lead:

• Five (5) or more years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Prior experience as a team lead, tech lead, or similar influential technical leadership role within an agile development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Proven experience with modern engineering and architectural patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
• Technical proficiency in .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks.
