Job summary

Noblis ESI seeks an Agile Systems Engineer I with a national space enterprise and ground systems background to support our client on-site in Chantilly, VA. You will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) services to help design, document, validate, and deliver architectures and ground capabilities for national space programs.

The role requires agile project management knowledge, strong systems engineering discipline, and experience across architecture-definition, requirements

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience as stated in the job posting.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program support to the government Program Manager with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects.
• Provide technical guidance related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities.
• Collaborate to design, document, validate, and deliver architectures and ground capabilities.
• Gather and write formal requirements, translate to user stories and statements of work.
• Provide schedule, requirements, configuration, and risk management support; and validation, verification, and test support.
• Support Agile-based program management and Model-Based Systems Engineering.
• Lead IPT meetings and review boards (ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, CDRs, PDRs, PMRs).
• Support PM in systems/mission engineering, system integration, acquisition support, analytics, and customer outreach.
• Serve as technical expert in assigned area.
• Provide admin/technical support to government leadership and partners.
