Job summary

Noblis ESI is seeking a Systems Engineer I with a national space enterprise and ground systems background to support our SETA contract on-site in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate will engage with government teams to design, document, validate, and deliver architectures and ground capabilities for national space programs.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Degree levels as specified (Bachelor/Master/Associate/High School).
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Knowledge in Systems Engineering discipline with risk, requirements, configuration, schedule, or testing management.
• Experience with space and ground programs from ADD/CONOPS through requirement derivation and verification.
• Ability to architect and integrate multi-INT, multi-sensor processing.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience with MBSE and digital thread concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program support to the government PM with responsibility for technical knowledge of assigned teams and programs/projects.
• Provide technical guidance on integration of National Systems-based capabilities.
• Design, document, validate, and deliver architectures and ground capabilities for national space architectures.
• Write formal requirements and translate into user stories and statements of work.
• Provide schedule, requirements, configuration, and risk management support; verification and testing.
• Support Agile program management and Model-Based Systems Engineering methodologies.
• Lead IPT meetings and review boards (ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, CDRs, PDRs, PMRs).
• Support the PM in systems and mission engineering, integration, acquisition, analytics, requirements management, architecture, and customer outreach.
• Serve as technical expert in assigned area.
• Provide admin/technical support to Government leadership, partners, and DoD/IC customers.
