As a Business Systems Analyst you’ll collaborate with engineers and business partners to plan, direct, and coordinate central initiatives for the Component Operations Supply Chain IT org, using Agile methodologies and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Industrial Engineering, SCM, CS or related field.
• 2+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Analyst or Quality Engineer.
• Foundational knowledge of NCR, CAPA, 8D or similar quality processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/SCM software such as Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or QMS/MES platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Act as interface between IT and business areas, define information needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, resources, and risk.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives using Agile methods.
• Partner with vendors to oversee integrations, deliverables, and contracts.
• Adapt to fast-changing environments and leverage new technologies.
