Job summary

Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale is seeking a systems-minded Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst to optimize our ERP environments and build scalable workflows. You will own end-to-end supply chain data and define surfaces for supplier management and logistics/compliance.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in supply chain systems, ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite, Zip), strong written communication, and the ability to ship measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain systems experience; data, platform, workflow, or internal tools.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in supply chain or finance; NetSuite and Zip familiarity.
• Strong written communication and ability to define structure in ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for systems and data that run end-to-end supply chain.
• Turn complex supply chain maps into clear data models and specs.
• Define workflows and surfaces for supplier management and for logistics/trade compliance.
• Partner with IT on technical tradeoffs and system design.
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate workflows and measure impact.
• Define and track metrics showing product leverage and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for AI/automation to replace manual steps.
