Job summary

Cayuse Holdings seeks a Business Analyst to support agile software development and transformation efforts. You will work with end users to capture requirements, facilitate sessions, and ensure accurate entry into tracking systems. The role emphasizes IT leadership, security, and project oversight.

Ideal candidates have IT/business analysis experience, secret clearance eligibility, and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to guide complex DoS or federal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years IT business analysis experience, including networking projects.
• Experience documenting requirements and working in Agile environments (MS Project, JIRA).
• Must be able to obtain SECRET clearance and SCI access as required.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business needs; gather and define scope and objectives using sessions and interviews.
• Document complex requirements; communicate to development teams and business owners.
• Lead client meetings to gather requirements or explore solutions.
• Participate in technical reviews to ensure intended changes are implemented.
• Create and oversee test scenarios; verify client requirements are reflected in designs.
• Provide expertise on process improvements, redesign, and performance metrics.
