Job summary

NLign Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio, to lead software development programs in a Scrum/Agile environment. You will coordinate with software engineers, QA, design, and customers to ensure scope, schedule, and budget are met.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years managing software projects, strong planning skills, and experience with WBS, risk management, and cost estimation. DoW experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in managing software development, technology implementation, or customer delivery projects.
• Fluent in program management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects.
• Experience with work breakdown structures, risk management, cost estimation, and schedule development.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily project management for research-focused and development programs.
• Forward-looking project planning with attention to tasks, due dates, and resource availability.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and lead recurring status meetings and reviews.
• Translate statements of work and customer requirements into development activities and measurable outcomes.
• Manage execution of customer-funded software projects from kickoff through completion, aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
