Job summary

NLign Analytics is a rapidly growing aerospace and defense technology company with headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role provides overall project management for strategic software projects, coordinating with software, design, QA, and customers in an Agile Scrum setting.

The candidate will lead deadlines, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder communication, while aligning resources across teams to deliver complex customer-funded initiatives on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications or related field.
• 3+ years in managing software development, technology implementation, or customer delivery projects.
• Fluent in program management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects.
• Experience creating work breakdown structures, risk management, cost estimating, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily project management for research-focused and development programs.
• Plan ahead with tasks, due dates, and resource availability.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and lead status meetings, discussions, demos, and training coordination.
• Translate statements of work and contractual requirements into development activities and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee execution of customer-funded software projects from kickoff to completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
