Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Agile Scrum Master for the Momentum Product to lead Agile delivery in a cleared federal program. You will enable ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross‑team coordination across Momentum modules and interfaces (Tuxedo, WebLogic, webMethods, MomAPI).

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, strong momentum architecture knowledge, and hands‑on Jira/Confluence experience to drive risk management and modernization efforts within a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
• Experience leading Agile teams delivering solutions in secure, multi-system federal environments.
• Strong understanding of Momentum product architecture including Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, and interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) for backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Manage multiple Momentum projects and coordinate with senior government stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level project management for Momentum implementations and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, and retrospectives across Momentum teams.
• Manage Momentum product backlogs; refine Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria with Product Owners.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies involving Momentum Financials, Acquisitions, VSS, budgeting modules, and interfaces.
• Remove impediments tied to data conversions, integrations, and multi‑tier processing in Momentum stack.
• Support integration testing and automated regression using Momentum tooling like MARS or Selenium/WebDriver.
• Guide teams through accreditation activities (e.g., ICD‑503, ATO) and release readiness tasks.
