This position involves leading scrum ceremonies, organizing, and motivating software development teams to deliver high-value software.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Team Empowerment, Support, and Improvement
  2. Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams.
  3. Facilitate team ceremonies and remove roadblocks.
  4. Lead and coach teams in self-organization using Scrum or Kanban practices.
  5. Assist teams in making informed decisions and facilitate discussions.
  6. Ensure decisions align with priorities.
  7. Foster collaboration across functions, managing dependencies.
  8. Help teams adapt to change and stay focused on goals.
  9. Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback.
  10. Tooling and Automation
  11. Manage Azure DevOps boards, analyze data, and increase productivity.
  12. Perform monthly project updates.
  13. Promote automation to streamline tasks.
  14. Resource Management
  15. Manage resource allocation, tools, skills, and support.
  16. Identify and address resource constraints.
  17. Report on resource utilization and capacity.
  18. Project Planning and Coordination
  19. Collaborate on project goals, scope, and timelines.
  20. Adjust plans for scope or priority changes.
  21. Coordinate activities and communicate with stakeholders.
  22. Provide updates on progress and risks.
  23. Ensure technical documentation is current.
  24. Address issues impacting delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with 1+ years in an Associate role or equivalent.
  • Understanding of SDLC, agile, and traditional project management.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile, certifications a plus.
  • Experience managing multi-function teams of 10-15 members.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with PPM tools is a plus.
  • Remote work experience and setup.

The annual full-time salary range is $85,000 - $100,000, with compensation determined by experience and other factors. Additional benefits include bonuses, PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
