Job summary

Halvik Corp is seeking a Scrum Master / Data QA Tester to support the U.S. DOT modernization effort. The role combines Agile/Kanban facilitation with hands-on data QA across enterprise data pipelines and analytics products.

You will work with Product Owner, BA, data engineers, and DevSecOps/CloudOps to ensure delivery, resolve blockers, and validate releases across Dev/Test/Prod environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, data analytics, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Scrum Master/Agile delivery and data QA/testing roles.
• Experience with SQL data validation, Jira, ETL/ELT testing, and analytics products.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, data warehouses/lakes, APIs, and release validation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Kanban ceremonies, maintain Jira boards, and manage blockers.
• Develop and execute test plans, regression suites, and release readiness checks for data products.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, BA, data engineers, and DevSecOps teams to resolve defects.
• Perform data-focused QA with SQL, validate Bronze/Silver/Gold data processing, and ensure data quality.
