Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead one or more project teams within a government/judicial technology environment. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and partner with the Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to improve delivery and performance.

The role requires expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with experience guiding multiple concurrent teams, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus relevant Agile certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience in facilitating meetings and group discussions to drive consensus and keep teams focused on outcomes.
• Proficient with agile project management tools such as Jira or Clienture DevOps to manage sprints/backlogs.
• Coaching and mentoring team members on agile practices and self-organization.
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts within teams and across stakeholder groups.
• Fosters a collaborative environment with transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication suited to the audience.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or agile coach in government/judicial tech environments.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent Scrum teams or scaled agile frameworks (SAFe).
• Job-related work experience may substitute for educational qualifications.
