Our client, a leader in the banking industry, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the development team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate must have Regulatory Reporting Experience strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $67-$73.94/hr W2 Only (We can not work C2C/ C2H/ 1099)

Type: Contract

Duration : 12-18 Mos

What's the Job?

• Organizing and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum/Kanban-related meetings.
• Managing the JIRA board and backlog for effective sprint execution.
• Facilitating communication between multiple intersecting development contracts to promote a cohesive final product for the customer.
• Assisting teams with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition; identifying and removing impediments.
• Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress, maintaining process documentation.
  
  

What's Needed?

• 5 years of relevant experience working in agile environments, leading scrum teams or task teams.
• Experience with diverse IT projects, including Regulatory Reporting.
• Proficiency in JIRA and CI/CD tools.
• Current Scrum Master certification.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate and document meetings effectively.
