Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.



Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions


• Engage with stakeholder in discussions of the business situation and strategy


• Work with the business users to define the project scope and timelines


• Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices and business domains


• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple related material projects


• Manage, lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project or projects


• Responsible for end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution


• Accountable to ensure that all applicable Enterprise standards, Enterprise procedures and any FLU/CF procedures are followed for the project and documentation meets Enterprise and line of business requirements


• Document and maintain complex business models, should interact with all departments and should participate on business definition meetings


• Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk

Requirements:

• Business Analyst (Domain Experts)


• PMP Certified


• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)


• Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects


• Excellent oral and written communication (English - Spanish)


• Demonstrated compliance culture


• Drive adoption of operational processes


• Ability to work in group


• Remains positive and focused during times of pressure or adversity


• Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems


• Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge about business process, and product life cycles


• Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions


• Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution


• Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners


• Ability to coordinate across developers, vendors, and business users


• Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses


• Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members


• Self-motivated, pro-active individual, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to drive a project from concept to delivery


• Windows products including Visio and Project

Pay Range: $63.94 - $71.94
