Job summary

ADT is seeking a seasoned delivery leader to enable a Salesforce Product POD operating in a product-oriented delivery model. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, and stakeholders to drive intake, discovery, and production release with measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes removing friction, increasing autonomy and accountability, and using data to improve flow, predictability, quality, and customer value in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Agile, product, technology, or enterprise delivery environments.
• 5+ years in a Scrum Lead, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Product Delivery, or comparable team-enablement role.
• Strong understanding of Agile values and principles, product-oriented delivery, flow-based delivery, and modern software development practices.
• Experience partnering directly with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the delivery lead for a cross-functional Salesforce Product POD.
• Create the conditions for Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and DevOps to operate as one outcome-focused team.
• Protect committed work from disruption and enable intentional reprioritization when needed.
• Drive accountability for commitments, delivery dates, risks, dependencies, and completion of work.
• Facilitate planning, backlog refinement, daily coordination, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Maintain Definition of Ready and Definition of Done; reinforce engineering and delivery standards.
