Job summary
CACI International Inc. is seeking a Business Requirements Manager to drive agile analysis and manage a team of business analysts on a DHS-focused program at the Arlington, VA client site.

Qualifications
- Ability to attain DHS EOD.
- Experience with functional decomposition of large business needs into multiple layers of requirements and user stories.
- Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and manage system requirements as user stories.
- Lead a team of Business Analysts and coordinate onboarding/offboarding and coaching.
- Collaborate with project manager to establish agile processes and backlog management.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.
- Communicate requirements clearly to development teams and stakeholders.
- Lead product demonstrations and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
