Job summary

Fusion HCR is seeking a QA / Business Analyst to support delivery speed across a range of web projects for a premier hospitality organization in Las Vegas. This role focuses on producing clear user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development in an Agile setting.

The role does not perform hands-on testing but requires strong QA understanding to ensure requirements are testable and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Solid understanding of QA/testing principles and terminology.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside Development and Product teams.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple concurrent web projects.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Write test cases and test documentation to support development and QA handoff.
• Ensure requirements are testable and aligned with product goals.
• Help development teams pick up speed and reduce ambiguity in delivery.
• Collaborate with Development Teams and Product Managers throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and standups.
