Two Six Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise to drive delivery of customer-focused IT projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with software, infrastructure, and operations teams to coordinate requirements, resources, and milestones across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Agile project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to tailor standard processes for small teams while

Qualifications

• On-the-job experience as Scrum Master for multiple teams.
• Experience organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Experience using Jira to plan and track projects, including dashboards and user stories.
• Ability to communicate across programs, customers, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Experience prioritizing across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate development of deliverables and products.
• Manage multiple medium- to large-scale projects through all sprints and phases.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and communicate team metrics and progress to teams and management.
• Help define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog prioritization.
• Assist teams in commitments and removing blockers to delivery.
• Maintain transparency in Agile tracking systems and reporting.
