Windward Risk Managers is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee Agile project planning, execution, and delivery. You will coordinate sprints, manage risks, and communicate progress to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or IT, along with PMP/CAPM certification and at least two years of homeowners insurance project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in the homeowner's insurance domain.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Trello, Miro, Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Track progress and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources across cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile practices for delivery predictability.
• Serve as primary contact for project communications and updates.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and status reports.
