Job summary

The ASSA ABLOY Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Associate Project Manager to guide agile teams in delivering business value through SAFe practices, iterative design, and strong cross-functional communication.

You will coach Scrum teams, run daily standups, organize sprint reviews, and ensure transparent status updates for executives while aligning priorities with product launches and ISO-quality processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP, SAFe and Scrum Master certifications preferred.
• Experience leading agile projects in a product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum teams and lead Agile practices.
• Lead daily scrum meetings and sprint ceremonies.
• Effectively communicate expectations to teams and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and plan for goals.
• Identify dependencies and manage the critical path to launches.
• Conduct status reviews for executives and maintain PM documentation.
• Support product launches with procurement and operations.
• Adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
