Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in the United States (Phoenix area) to lead agile product development with a strong SAFe focus. The role emphasizes adaptive changes, iterative design, and proactive communication to improve value delivery.

The ideal candidate will guide Scrum teams, manage dependencies, and coordinate with executives to maintain steady progress toward launches while ensuring ISO-aligned practices and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years demonstrated experience leading projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• SAFe certification preferred.
• An engineering background is not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach scrum teams on Scrum/Agile practices.
• Lead recurring daily scrum meetings.
• Effectively communicate business expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve business goals.
• Identify and manage dependencies and critical path to product launch.
• Conduct status reviews for executives.
• Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Maintain project management systems and documentation.
• Support product launches through procurement and operational activities.
• Other duties, as required.
