Lead Agile project execution while providing direct support to program operations, performance management, and business analysis functions for Department of Defense mission requirements. As an Agile Project Manager, you will:
Manage the overall performance, execution, and completion of projects, tasks, or delivery orders from initiation through closeout
Apply Agile project management principles—including iterative planning, sprint execution, and continuous stakeholder collaboration—to enable rapid adaptation to evolving priorities
Support program operations byidentifyingandfacilitatingresolution of operational issues and serving as a liaison between technical and functional areas
Conduct business process analysis, performance metrics development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
Manage one or more activities, control accounts, or tasks within a broader project/program, reporting to the program manager chain of command
Track cost, schedule, and technical performance while proactivelyidentifyingand resolving risks and issues

The proposed salary range for this position is:
