JOB SUMMARY: Apply principles, techniques, and best practices in planning, organizing, and implementing complex, high-profile projects that are not always clearly defined. Manage multiple cross-functional projects to achieve synergy. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to execute initiatives aligned with key priorities. Create new work products and processes or refine existing ones.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close project activities.
2. Define and verify scope, develop project plans and schedules, and create roles and responsibilities matrices.
3. Develop work plans for subprojects or departments and prepare summaries for management review.
4. Execute and maintain project plans; review, track, monitor, and report on project status; identify, track, and resolve issues with viable solutions.
5. Assess, mitigate, and monitor risks; create contingency plans and advise management.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with all departments, stakeholders, and external customers involved in projects.
7. Mentor project managers, if necessary.
8. Collaborate and communicate across disciplines and departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
10. Demonstrate commitment to the company's core values.
11. Note: Due to exposure to PHI sensitive data, this role is considered high risk.
12. Responsibilities are not exhaustive; other duties may be assigned as needed.

JOB SCOPE: Works under minimal supervision, using independent judgment to identify issues, trends, and problems. Recommends actions and evaluates results on large, complex projects that may not be clearly defined. Uses expertise and extensive experience to complete objectives, prioritizing internal and external customer needs. May mentor less experienced team members.
