Job summary

Zdeno Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Support Systems Engineer to support SI&W modernization at a customer site in Maryland, a full-time role requiring 1880 hours per year.

You will participate in Integrated Product Teams, guide SE processes, track software development and requirements, and coordinate with Forward Deployed Lead Systems Engineers. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required; experience with Confluence/JIRA and Scrum Master activities is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting development and integration teams using agile methodologies.
• Strong background in systems engineering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create process documentation, migration plans, and program-level SE documents.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and identify SE areas needing enterprise coordination.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of development and integration activities and coordinate with Forward Deployed Lead Systems Engineers (LSE) and teams.
• Track development software, system requirements, and planning documentation.
• Guide and oversee the development and implementation of SE processes.
• Provide oversight of software configuration and management processes.
