Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support DIA’s NDOC under the 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform contract. On-site work in Bethesda, MD with occasional remote tasks and a flexible schedule.

You will lead SE activities, perform agile-driven development, and serve as scrum master for cross-disciplinary teams. Requirements include 12+ years in software or systems engineering, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and proficiency with GPU-enabled architectures, Linux, and modern

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience with 12+ years in software development, system engineering or related field.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Polygraph.
GPU-enabled systems architecture, virtualization, MIG, and related software stacks.
Experience creating design packages and workflows.
Experience writing technical solutions and whitepapers.
Experience implementing Agile processes and facilitating scrum.
Experience with Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and documentation for systems engineering tasks.
Lead a software development team as scrum master, manage risks, and drive process improvements.
Define SE processes, tools, and hardware/software interface specifications.
Manage a scrum team across microservices and supporting architectures.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and government counterparts.
