Job summary

Gallagher in the United States seeks an Agile Project Manager Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs across multiple squads. You will align product owners, Scrum Masters, and technology teams, ensure governance, risk management, and value delivery in fast-paced environments.

You bring 7+ years of delivery leadership, experience with SAFe or scaled agile, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Planview.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of delivery leadership across complex programs.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and scaled Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex Agile initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coach teams on Agile principles while balancing governance and business needs.
• Monitor health using delivery metrics and risk management.
