Job summary
Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking an Agile Product Owner to join our Payload & Ground Software Engineering organization supporting a Ground program. This role leads strategic technical execution, defines the roadmap, and ensures alignment across the team and stakeholders.
The Agile PO will represent Product Management, collaborate with Product Managers, and prioritize work for each program increment while maintaining strong customer focus and effective demos for leadership and
Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required at the time of application
- US citizenship required
- 12+ years of relevant software engineering with Bachelor's
- 3+ years in an Agile delivery framework
- 2+ years of product roadmap development experience
Responsibilities
- Represent Product Management and voice of customers on the Agile development team
- Define the work with Product Managers to enable review, commit, and execute within a defined period
- Prioritize key areas of work during a program increment
- Ensure team understands acceptance criteria
- Translate technical and business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories
