Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support AI-enabled product delivery within the OCTO Americas office. You will own delivery planning, Scrum activities, and cross-functional coordination to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong Agile leadership, Jira and Confluence proficiency, and collaboration with product, engineering, and architecture teams in a hybrid, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
Administer Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Track sprint progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
Support roadmap execution and release planning.
Foster delivery analytics and continuous improvement.
