Job summary

Wise Skulls LLC in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced Agile PLM UAT Test Lead to drive planning, execution, and coordination across business and engineering teams. This hybrid role requires hands-on Agile PLM, UAT coordination, change management, BOM management, and PLM data support.

You will prepare UAT scripts, track defects, manage ECO/MCO workflows, and ensure data accuracy within PLM systems while aligning with client standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agile PLM UAT processes and lifecycle
• Coordinate with business stakeholders for UAT planning and execution
• Prepare UAT scripts and track test execution
• Manage defects and coordinate resolution with Engineering teams
• Experience handling ECOs, MCOs, deviations, and configuration management
• Analyze product change impacts and ensure issues are resolved
• Create and maintain PLM data like Item Master, BOMs, AML, APL
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of PLM data per client standards

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT activities across business and engineering teams
• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and test assignments
• Prepare UAT scripts and maintain test artifacts
• Track defects and coordinate resolutions with Engineering
• Support AML/APL data management and BOM lifecycle
