Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with organizational transformation, change management, process improvement, or strategic planning.
• 4+ years of experience working within Agile environments and with Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or scaled Agile practices.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, organizational data collection, and qualitative and quantitative organizational performance analysis.
• Experience leading and delivering executive-level briefings to clients and stakeholders on change strategy, program process, organizational impacts, risks, and adoption metrics.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of data governance, interoperability, and structured reporting within large-scale programs.
• Ability to bridge communication gaps and foster collaboration across multiple teams to ensure successful project execution.
