Job summary

Ctrl+ is seeking a Microservices Developer in Maryland to modernize a legacy system using a microservices-based architecture on AWS. You will write Java Spring Boot microservices, build REST services, and implement CI/CD with Maven, GitLab, and GitOps.

The role requires a TS clearance with CI polygraph and on-call rotation. Join a DoD-focused engineering team at Ctrl+ and contribute to secure software delivery, agile practices, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/education.
• 6 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
• Ability to support an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
• Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.
