Ctrl+ LLC in Maryland seeks a senior Java engineer to modernize a legacy system using Spring Boot microservices on AWS. This on-site role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team.

You will design and build RESTful services, implement CI/CD with GitLab, Maven, and GitOps, and deliver reliable software in a cloud-native environment. Strong security clearance and in-person work are essential.

Qualifications

• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or a Master’s plus 7 years).
• Java and Spring Boot
• MongoDB, OpenSearch or other document stores
• AWS tools, Maven, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes and Docker
• Development in a cloud environment

Responsibilities

• Write Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS-native services
• Build Spring REST services that filter and select complex data
• Implement CI/CD with Maven, GitLab and GitOps
• Deliver software in an Agile team
