Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks an Agile Developer 1 to modernize a legacy system with a microservices architecture on AWS. The role focuses on Java Spring Boot microservices, Python optimization of AWS services, REST APIs, and CI/CD processes in an Agile team.

The candidate will contribute to microservices development, AWS-native services, and collaborative delivery, requiring strong communication with teammates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and CI Polygraph within the last 7 years.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3 years of relevant work (or Master's with 1 year).
• Preferred: 2+ of the listed techs with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS-native services.
• Utilize Python to optimize AWS resources like Lambda, Step Functions, EC2 and S3.
• Build REST services with Spring for complex data filtering and selection.
• Implement CI/CD using Maven, GitLab, and GitOps.
• Support agile software development and collaboration with the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
