Job summary

Methode Electronics is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee agile delivery for BI and Salesforce initiatives within our IT portfolio. You will facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver high quality outcomes on schedule.

You will collaborate with IT leaders, align sprint plans with data/analytics roadmaps, and promote CI/CD practices while guiding teams toward ongoing process improvements and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager on software/enterprise projects.
• CSM or PSM I certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Experience facilitating agile delivery for data/analytics (BI) and Salesforce deployment projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally) and dashboards for tracking metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for BI development and Salesforce deployment teams.
• Maintain sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and velocity metrics; ensure work is properly sized and tracked in agile tools.
• Champion CI practices and WIP limits to drive delivery quality and consistency.
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and blockers affecting sprint or release commitments.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to keep a healthy backlog and readiness of user stories.
