Job summary

Methode Electronics Inc. seeks a seasoned Scrum Master to oversee agile delivery for IT project portfolios, focusing on BI development and Salesforce deployments. You will coach cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes in alignment with CIO priorities.

You'll partner with BI, ERP, and Infrastructure leaders to synchronize sprint plans with data roadmaps, drive continuous improvement, and implement CI/CD practices across BI and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager on software or enterprise systems projects.
• CSM or PSM I certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience facilitating agile delivery for data/analytics (BI) and/or Salesforce projects.
• Proficiency with agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally) including dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for BI and Salesforce teams.
• Own and maintain sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and velocity metrics.
• Champion CI practices and WIP limits to improve delivery quality.
• Identify and resolve impediments affecting sprint/release commitments.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Coordinate with BI, ERP, and Infrastructure leaders on release sequencing.
