Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in Hartford, CT to drive AI governance, security engineering, and incident response across financial services IT environments. You will design governance controls, implement insider risk policies, and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver secure, compliant infrastructure solutions.

The role emphasizes automation, data protection, and cross-functional collaboration across banking, wealth management, and insurance sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience designing and tuning AI governance controls.
• Experience with insider threat detection strategies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Compliance ecosystem.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and document deployments.
• Coordinate deployments, testing, and version control with release schedules.
• Develop centralized knowledge repository and governance dashboards.
