Job summary

Resonetics AGILE Product Development is seeking an entry-level Engineering Co-Op for January–May 2027. You will assist in design and fabrication of assembly fixtures, develop test methods, and contribute to device prototyping and fixture creation within a fast-paced medical device environment.

The role involves hands-on work from CAD updates to test method execution, with opportunities to learn design for manufacturability and process development in Westborough, MA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of postsecondary education or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate assembly fixtures and develop test methods.
• Conduct vendor research, capability assessments, and selections.
• Perform design verification tasks including simulated use testing and device assembly in a controlled environment.
• Create and update CAD drawings for components and assembly.
• Prototype and assemble finished medical devices using in-house equipment.
• Apply hydrophilic coatings and perform basic machining for finishing.
