Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. is seeking an Agile Test Engineer to support Government test and evaluation activities in an Agile development environment.

You will execute manual and automated test cases and coordinate with other test organizations for integrated T&E efforts. The ideal candidate will develop test plans, analyze requirements, report results, and maintain test documentation while collaborating within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, engineering, or related technical field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience executing manual and automated software tests.
• Experience translating requirements into test plans, procedures, and test cases.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, documenting, and reporting test results.
• Experience collaborating across development, engineering, and test organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved test plans using manual and automated test cases.
• Document and report test execution status, results, defects, and findings.
• Analyze system requirements, system descriptions, and concepts of operations to develop evaluation and test plans.
• Prepare for and conduct test data collection and analysis.
• Develop and maintain test cases, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Government and external test organizations for T&E program integration.
• Support defect identification, retesting, regression testing, and release-readiness activities.
• Work within Agile teams to integrate testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Use collaborative engineering and test-management tools to maintain requirements, test evidence, and execution status.
