Job summary

STAR Autism Support is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to establish and scale a planning and delivery function. You will coach teams on Scrum, manage intake and cross-project planning, and provide leadership with a reliable view of what is in flight and at risk.

You will start as an individual contributor and eventually build a planning and delivery team reporting to the CTO, working with curriculum, product, engineering, and QA to align priorities and meet school-year deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project, program, or delivery management.

• Active Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience coaching teams on agile practice across diverse teams.
• Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects for senior leadership.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional planning and multi-team programs.
• Experience implementing delivery processes, governance, or operating models.
• Hands-on with agile and project tracking tools, dashboards and reports.
• Strong writing and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work across software and non-software teams (curriculum, publishing).

Responsibilities

• Agile Coaching and Stakeholder Management: build relationships across execs, curriculum, product, engineering, and operations to align priorities.
• Planning and Project Tracking: maintain intake, prioritization, and quarterly cross-functional planning for dependencies and releases.
• Reporting: keep current view of active projects with milestones, risks, and owners; partner with CTO on portfolio decisions.
• Operations: document delivery standards, remove blockers, and hire/manage the planning and delivery team as it grows.
