Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum Master to lead collection, capture and management of mission user needs from prioritization, concept development, and feature writing to support development and deployment. You will translate business processes into technical requirements and provide change management support.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, decomposing epics into features, guiding teams in JIRA usage, and presenting findings to stakeholders across dispersed teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• 4+ years as Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years as a business analyst for the federal government.
• Functional knowledge of Drupal-based web applications, using Agile/DevSecOps.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across dispersed audiences.
• Ability to write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design solutions.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps including Drupal modules/themes.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Take initiative to propose process improvements and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Envision, develop, and create requirements to improve tools and processes.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to create shared understanding and roadmaps.
• Decompose epics into features and user stories for development teams.
• Facilitate planning sessions to ensure work is well defined and understood.
• Assist users of JIRA to track work across product teams.
• Guide usage of JIRA for reporting progress against epics and work.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings.
