Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice is recruiting for an Engineering Delivery Manager III within the Engineering as a Service team in Virginia. You will define product vision, maintain roadmaps, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across concurrent programs to enable timely delivery.

You will monitor sprint progress, drive process improvements, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and release train engineers to ensure alignment and quality across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• 5+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile delivery role.
• 5+ years facilitating Scrum ceremonies for multiple development teams.
• 5+ years managing product backlog, sprint execution, and release planning.
• Travel up to 25% on average depending on client work.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, target users, and value proposition for delivery efforts.
• Build and maintain a roadmap balancing client needs, delivery efficiency, health, and priorities.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog and sprint execution, and support release planning.
• Monitor sprint progress, report team metrics, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and engineering leads for alignment across teams.
