EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery and PMO governance for AI-enabled technology initiatives in the Americas OCTO.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, owning delivery planning, sprint execution, and reporting to maximize flow and on-time outcomes. The position offers a hybrid work model with emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint events.
• Manage project plans, risks, and dependencies.
• Administer Jira boards and dashboards.
• Track sprint progress and provide status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Support roadmap execution and release planning.
• Foster delivery predictability and remove impediments.
• Coach teams on Agile practices.
