MAXIMUS is seeking a qualified Scrum Master to enable cross-functional technology delivery squads in the UK context, focusing on value, quality and operational readiness. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help owners balance pace with reliability while maintaining clear visibility into risks, decisions and dependencies.
You will promote DevOps and continuous delivery, use Azure DevOps/Jira for metrics, and mentor stakeholders to improve flow and outcomes across multiple squads
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
- Experience coaching agile principles and ceremonies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience identifying and removing impediments and risks.
Responsabilités
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile practices.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments and coordinate dependencies.
- Mentor product owners and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide dashboards.
- Build relationships across technology and Maximus to support planning.
- Promote DevOps, continuous delivery and automation practices.
