Job summary

Maximus is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable cross-functional delivery squads to deliver value with high quality, security and operational readiness. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments and provide visible metrics and dashboards to stakeholders.

The role requires ability to balance pace, quality and resilience while working with Azure DevOps/Jira. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and be currently

Qualifications

Proven experience as Scrum Master in agile software or digital delivery.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and iterative delivery.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, workshops and planning with stakeholders.
Coach both technical and non-technical colleagues in agile practices.
Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks and cross-team dependencies.
Use delivery data and metrics to improve flow and predictability.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles and ownership.
Identify and remove delivery impediments, support capacity and release planning.
Mentor squad members and stakeholders in agile practices and problem-solving.
Use metrics to provide dashboards and insights to stakeholders.
Build relationships across technology and Maximus for informed planning.
Promote DevOps, continuous-delivery and AI-enabled productivity where value is shown.
Maintain delivery information in the platform as a single source of truth.
