Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional delivery squads to produce customer and business value reliably. You will coach teams in agile practices, lead ceremonies, and drive visibility through metrics and dashboards while promoting DevOps and continuous delivery.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I or II (PSMI/II) or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certification is desirable.
SAFe or other scaled-delivery certification is desirable.
Equivalent experience within technology, digital, software engineering or product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and coach squads to promote self-organisation and value delivery.
Identify and remove impediments, improve flow and predictability, coordinate dependencies.
Mentor team members and stakeholders in agile practices and continuous improvement.
Use delivery data and metrics to identify risks and improve performance and reporting.
Build relationships across the organisation and translate delivery challenges into business impacts.
Promote DevOps, continuous delivery and responsible AI-enabled productivity.
Maintain delivery information and ensure risks and decisions are tracked and escalated.
