Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I or II (PSMI/II), or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certification.
• SAFe or other scaled-delivery certification (Desirable).
• Equivalent experience within technology, digital, software engineering or product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles to deliver customer and business value.
• Identify, manage and remove delivery impediments, improve flow and predictability.
• Mentor squad members, product owners and stakeholders in agile practices and problem-solving.
• Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide meaningful dashboards and insights.
• Build relationships across technology and Maximus to enable informed planning and decisions.
