US Citizen or Green Card ONLY - $70/hr W-2 - 6 Month Contract with Renewals - 100% Remote

CBTS is searching for Agile Practitioner - Training, with a focus on training content and formatting for learning journey with 5-10 min segments for independent learning and will be hosting training sessions classroom style (1 hour) in Q1 2026. Familiarity with ADO, experience in healthcare, experience in transformation and working Scaled Agile/SAFe within a PMO business organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage real backlogs and drive performance improvements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Lead the adoption of Client’s Agile framework and terminology within the organization.
• Coach teams on agile best practices, including Scrum of Scrums and PI planning.
• Work closely with senior leaders to align transformation efforts with business objectives.
• Provide practical examples and stories to overcome resistance and demonstrate the value of agile methodologies.
• Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive technical excellence by advising teams on story splitting, testing strategies, and development practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Scrum framework and other agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading successful agile transformations within large organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex backlogs.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
