• Leave every general system a little better than you found it
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Defend the Self-Motivation fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
• Spot where Presentation Skills breaks before it shows up in a dashboard
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered
• Keep Accountability handoffs warm so Olympia partners never feel dropped
