Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an Agile environment or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile Professional roles (Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence/Redmine for project tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Agile practices.
• Identify and remove impediments for efficient delivery.
• Lead discussions and decision-making to promote collaboration.
• Assist with internal/external communications for transparency.
• Serve as authority on Agile Framework and best practices.
• Support Product Owner in refining product backlog.
• Provide servant leadership to help achieve goals.
