Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant tertiary qualification.

  • Relevant Agile certification (SAFe, A-CSM, ICAgile).

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant tertiary qualification
  • 3+ years’ experience in Agile Scrum or SAFe delivery and coaching
  • Relevant Agile certification (SAFe, A-CSM, ICAgile)
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of Agile software development

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, coach, advise, and train multiple integrated teams on Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies, providing tools and techniques to enhance collaboration, innovation, and adaptability.
  2. Horizon Scanning: Identify emerging developments or issues in technology or business and evaluate their impact or usefulness.
  3. Portfolio Management: Plan and manage project delivery within your expertise, ensuring outcomes are achieved.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Develop stakeholder engagement plans, build positive relationships, and ensure effective communication.
  5. Information and Business Advice: Provide expert advice on policies and procedures, resolving complex queries.
  6. Digital Vision and Strategy: Develop digital strategies and manage digital change projects.
  7. Organizational Capability Building: Identify development needs, plan, and implement professional growth activities, and coach others.
  8. Agile Development Team Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and facilitate collaboration and conflict resolution.
  9. Agile Release Planning: Manage software releases to ensure timely delivery and benefits realization.
  10. Agile Backlog Management: Review and reprioritize work to optimize value and reduce costs.
  11. Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution: Manage end-to-end digital programs leveraging Agile and design-thinking.
  12. Project Risk and Issue Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
  13. Project Resource Management: Manage deployment of project resources and budgets.
  14. Personal Capability Building: Act as a subject matter expert, maintain certifications, and stay updated on industry practices.
